Short version: we use what you give us to run the webinar and to follow up about it. We don't sell your details to anyone.

IT Rockstars Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, runs the registration for this webinar and is the data controller for it. Reach us at scott@itrockstars.co.uk.
The webinar is presented by James Steel of MSP Testimonials. He receives registrant details as described below and is a separate controller for anything he does with them afterwards.
We pass your work email address to Apollo.io, a business contact database, to fill in publicly listed professional details such as your job title, company name, company size and industry. This is standard business-to-business research and it only ever concerns your professional role, never anything personal.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: knowing who is in the room lets us pitch the session at the right level and follow up sensibly. You can object to it at any time and we'll delete the looked-up data. Personal email addresses are excluded from this lookup entirely.
James Steel can see the registration list for this webinar, including the looked-up business details, through a private dashboard we host. That's so he can prepare the session for the audience that's actually coming and follow up with people who ask him to.
The services that process your details on our behalf are Cloudflare (hosting and database), GoHighLevel (our CRM), Resend (the confirmation and invite email), Twilio (checking a mobile number is really a mobile), Apollo.io (the business lookup) and Microsoft Teams (running the session itself). Each is bound by a processing agreement and none of them may use your details for their own purposes.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We only text you if you ticked the box, and only if the number you gave is a real mobile. It's a reminder about the webinar and a follow-up afterwards, never a marketing blast. Reply STOP to any message and it stops immediately. Untick the box and no number of yours enters our messaging system at all.
Registering gets you the calendar invite, any practical notices before the day, and the follow-up with the recording and the materials. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, since you asked us for the webinar.
Registration records stay for 24 months after the webinar, then get deleted. If you unsubscribe or ask us to erase your details we act sooner, keeping only the minimum needed to honour the unsubscribe itself.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to the business lookup, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email scott@itrockstars.co.uk and we'll deal with it within a month. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The registration and thank-you pages carry the Meta pixel, which tells us how our ads performed and lets us show follow-up ads to people who visited. Your browser's ad settings, or Meta's own ad preferences, control what Meta does with that.
